Modalities for abstract preparation:

• Plenary Lectures: An extended abstract up to 1,000 words (45 minute presentation)
• Keynote Lectures: An extended abstract up to 1,000 words (45 minute presentations)
• Panel Speakers: An abstract of up to 300 words (15 minute presentations)

Plenary, Keynote and Panel Speakers should also send a passport-sized color photograph (preferably electronic), and a 200 word resume for inclusion in the Conference Program.

• Contributed papers (oral and poster presentations): (15 minute presentations)

An abstract of up to 300 words. The Program Committee has the final decision on whether papers will be presented orally or as a poster. The Program Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts if necessary.

Acceptance of abstracts is tentative until registration fees are paid in full and until the July 16 deadline. Late submissions will be accepted only at the discretion of the PIM Conference Committee.

Abstracts should be formatted as follows: name, affiliation and title. The name of the presenters should be underlined in joint presentations.
